At Fig & Fi, all orders are shipped with tracked delivery via Australia Post for peace of mind.

Free Shipping

• Australia only: Free standard shipping on orders over AUD $150.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping (Australia): AUD $12 – 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping (Australia): AUD $20 – 1–3 business days

• International Standard Shipping: AUD $35 – 7–21 business days (customs duties/taxes not included)

Processing & Tracking

• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

• Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
