Refunds & Returns Policy

At Fig and Fi, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it easy. This policy sets out your options under our store policy as well as your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be: – unworn or unused – in their original packaging – with all tags attached – accompanied by proof of purchase

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at sales@figandfi.com before sending your item back.

If approved, we'll email you return instructions and confirmation of the return address.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll work with you quickly to repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. For these cases, we will cover return shipping costs.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns for: – Sale items or gift cards – Personal care products (e.g. beauty items) – Custom or personalised items – Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at sales@figandfi.com.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.

These rights apply in addition to, and do not limit, the 30-day return options we offer above.
